When we have too much tension in the neck it can impact its ability to flow properly leading to digestive issues, stress and anxiety. By releasing tension in the front of the neck it creates space for it to flow properly. This exercise takes 1 minute but feels amazing. When people do it usually they feel calmer/ more relaxed on the entire side of the body."
